Fair Play & Bans

We use automated detection and manual review for cheating (mods, scripts, account sharing). First offense: 30-day suspension. Severe cases: permanent ban. Appeals reviewed within 72 hours. No refunds on banned accounts.

Data Handling

We store: gameplay stats, device model, crash logs. We never store: payment info (handled by Apple/Google), real names (unless provided in support email). Data is retained for 24 months or until account deletion.

Content Submissions

By submitting levels, mods, or feedback, you grant Levelra a non-exclusive license to use, modify, and feature that content within our games. You retain ownership. We will never sell your user-generated content.
